I graduated from the University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture. I specialise in internal medicine, gynaecology, long Covid, and chemotherapy-induced symptoms. My focus is on improving quality of life, promoting longevity, and alleviating long-term chronic conditions. TCM integrates lifestyle, movement, diet, and emotional well-being. Chinese medicine is a way of living!
My relationship with medicine began early in life. My grandparents and parents played a particularly influential role in shaping my values and understanding of healthcare.
Before dedicating myself fully to clinical practice, I spent more than a decade working in professional kitchens. I began working as an apprentice at the age of 13. Eventually, I trained as a chef, working in gastropubs, Michelin- and Rosette-level restaurants, including The Ritz, Annabel’s Private Club, Ours, etc. In conjunction with Chinese Medicine, I came to understand food as medicine!
In my personal life, I maintain a strong commitment to movement and self-care. I regularly practise Qi Gong, stretching, and callisthenics. Any movement is a good movement!
